I am considering writing to CPS on my cases and threatening to report them to the same #ScotlandYard team investigating the current case with an allegation of them trying to pervert the course of justice by deliberately failing to disclose all telephone evidence in a case to save costs for the MOJ unless they complete proper service of all telephone data in full

It does help with future disclosure requests but the press reports are unclear. I’m assuming the phone download wasn’t even on the MG6C or referred to in crime report as otherwise I’m sure the defence would have pushed for this at an earlier stage - especially as I’m sure their client would have been banging on about the fact there were exculpatory messages?

However I’m not sure how 40,000 unused messages help with any JR?

Absolutely, we should share this and what games cps play on social media to raise public awareness and opinion against it.

See below everyone, does this at all sound familiar, CPS seem to be more worried about an increased PPE and payments to defence lawyers rather than acting in the interests of justice:  #ShameOnThem

HHJ advised:
"of 'serious miscarriages of justice' when he heard that documents were not always sent to defence lawyers in order to keep costs at a minimum."
