Received just now from the Court:

Dear All

Please note the arrangements regarding cases due to be heard at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court for the rest of this week. A flood has caused our IT and telephony system to be inoperative at the site and we are therefore unable to deal with the majority of the work we have listed or any overnight cases.

Camberwell Green will not hear any cases on Thursday, 8th March or Friday, 9th March save for a non CPS means enquiry court on the Friday which is not IT dependent.

Those on bail who attend will be given alternative dates by members of the Legal Team and we are endeavouring to contact stakeholders to avoid unnecessary attendance.

Overnight cases for Camberwell Green MC will be heard at Westminster Magistrates' Court.

Bail duty solicitors therefore need not attend Camberwell Green MC, custody duties should attend Westminster Magistrates' Court.

In addition Camberwell will not be open on Saturday 10th March. Overnights cases for Camberwell and Croydon MC's will be heard at Westminster.
