What connects these initiatives is the historic and systemic under funding  of Criminal Justice .
 
The LCCSA  welcomes the CBA to act. There is an opportunity to challenge chronic under funding and achieve a new legal aid settlement through unity of action and purpose .

We will be seeking your views and talking to other stakeholders about how best to take forward that challenge .
