If you live in a Labour constituency remind your MP this is supposedly the 4th pillar of the welfare state and that 0% rate-rises since 1994 is a disgrace their party shares the blame for.

Webinar on ‘domestic violence gateway’ evidence requirements

The Law Society is producing a webinar on changes to the domestic violence gateway evidence requirements for obtaining legal aid in family cases. The free webinar will be broadcast live on Tuesday 3 May at 12.30. The OnDemand version will be available within 5 working days of the live session.
