My view is that as we hold a rep order we have to give advice re Plea /credit and complete the PTPH form .We must also tell the court in advance if we have no Counsel and summarise the attempts to find suitable Counsel ,

For those who experienced difficulties in finding cover for CC matters [LA post April 2018]- how did you deal with the Courts?

Did you have to complete the PTPH forms in advance of the hearing? were you requested to report to the court of efforts done to find cover?

Please share your experience.
