I have a section 38 Appointment  for cross examination in Sevenoaks Magistrates court on the 9 May next at 10am. The offence is Harassment  (non- violence). This is second listing as the first was adjourned due to lack of court time

 

I have another commitment and so cannot take this up.

 

If anyone can take the instruction please let me know.

 

The court at Sevenoaks does not transfer s38 appointments.  The fee will be 100% of what can be claimed.  My firm will not seek to make claim for the hearing time or preparation etc.
