Subject: help crm6 billing please

Hello,

Has anyone had any experience of billing an application to the crown court to revoke a SOPO and can offer any guidance please?

This is a case where we obtain a RO for Crown court representation but have to bill the matter on a CRM 6 ( the basis being a crm3) treating counsels fee as a disbursement- hourly rates apply with an initial fee limit of £1237.50  which can be extended. We are well below that limit.

The above information was gleaned from the LAA but no one at the LAA has yet come up with an answer to what codes I use on the CRM 6...stage/ activity/outcome- but particularly “stage”.

My contract manager has not come up with a sensible answer yet but will be the first to come down on me if I input it incorrectly and it gets picked up on an audit so I wondered if anyone out there has any suggestions for me please.
