Why does this have such an air of predictability about it? 
Can we not please behave like professional adults. We are all in this together, advocates must stand together. For an organisation presumably filled with intelligent people it is simply myopic for the CBA not to seek to actively include Solicitors and solicitor advocates in these discussions. 
Less time battling each other and more time as a unified force battling those seeking to undermine our profession (singular tense intended) might actually result in some success.

I see we are completly absent from this Monday message and not a scintilla of shame at offers at late night meetings or acknowledgment that Solicitors are statutory consultees re Agfs scheme , simply blithe assertions that whatever they have agreed will then be the scheme.....
