I have a straightforward mention tomorrow to ask for time for preparation of psych reports into fitness to plead and for reps to CPS. 

I’ve already written to the judge to warn him. Client is excused as he’s mentally unwell and sectioned. 

Case is listed first on 10am. It should last no more than 15 mins.
