My client is happy for the visit to take place but I’m concerned that I’m there to ensure there are no ‘discussions’ that are unrecorded which may impact on my client’s case.
My client wants me there to ensure all goes smoothly…..

If the officer intends to ask questions of your client (under caution) then it would arguably be a further interview and would be within the fixed fee.
If the officer just wants to do a site visit and wants you there to ensure fairness then No.
Not sure what his power of entry into your clients home is – presumably by invitation.
