Guildford Police Station - cover Harvey Fox 26 May 2019 14:34 BST
I can not see it being admissible on an excess blood reading case rather than driving whilst unfit.

Good Afternoon

We have a case where the client has been accused of impaired driving due to trace of cannabis in his bloodstream.

Part of the Police evidence is a sobriety test taken at the relevant police station.

Does anyone know of an expert that can evaluate the sobriety test independently and advise/give evidence if necessary regarding said sobriety test?

I am grateful.
