The client still has not been charged with any offence. We want to make an application to the Crown Court to discharge to Restraint Order. Is the client eligible to apply for Criminal Legal Representation Order for representation in the Crown Court for these proceedings? Please let me know if anyone has an answer or has been in a similar situation. Regards, Michael Less Partner Monioro Less & Co.
