Dear Members

I would be grateful if anyone can clarify whether  we Duty Solicitors are considered key workers and if so, then are our firms ( holding own/duty crime contracts ) required to remain open so as not to breach any client access to justice requirements?

I’m also assuming that travelling to/from office should not give rise to any fines - where access we need to physically go to office to open letters, access physical files etc?
