Good morning,

Can anyone help me with this scenario?

I have a non-English speaking client who is on remand at Thameside. The PTPH has been already adjourned 3 times.

I have been trying to book a video-link with them and for remote access by an Interpreter. The Prison are claiming on their email that they do not afford the facilities.

I can arrange a video=link but due to social distancing, the video booths in Courts are too small for satisfying the guidelines.

I have written to them 2 timer and informed the Court of my difficulties. They keep responding that they do not have the facility…

Are Thameside not part of there protocol re: prison video-link/ video conference arrangements?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated…
