I am told that there are still no facilities for private telephone consultations at the above stations. This makes remote attendance impossible and it is absurd that after all this time these stations refuse to provide such facilities.

How are others dealing with this? We have been attending in person at these stations but as things get worse again, we are concerned about not being able to deal with cases there as a remote attendance.

This may all be irrelevant if the LAA do not extend the payment structure beyond tomorrow or have I missed an announcement?
