I now have found someone
Told the oic will be 35 mins
She sounded a bit put out given they were ready since 11 so I enjoyed reminding her we don’t work shifts like they do and people have their own personal arrangements  on Sundays that they can’t always drop .

Imagine a system where we could just dial in remotely and get it done quickly without client having to wait an extra two hours !
