Sorry Lewis,  I agree they are very busy, but it is fair that we tell them how we feel as otherwise they will not know we are having issues.  However busy they are, if they are attending meetings they must know what we want and need.

If they are too busy to read our concerns; this is not lobbying, then there is no point in them attending meeting to represent us.

I have tried speaking to the Law Society and I have shared information they have provided with the members here.

In reality because of the power the police authorities have and the courts and our need to deal with 3rd parties who have a big input into the conditions we are forced to work under it is our duty to inform the Law Society, the LCCSA and the CLSA if we can, as to exactly what problems and issue we are facing.  The representatives from the LCCSA and the CLSA also have their own experiencing they can draw upon as does the Committee members of the Law Society who attend the meetings that decide our fate.

I don’t for 1 second think that the representatives are not very busy but if they are representing us they deserve and need to know what we think.
