Has anyone come across the court ordering a defendant to attend his solicitors to do a lateral flow test while on CVP to the court? The client claims to be testing positive and to have tested positive since before Xmas. He is also symptomatic apparently. I am composing a complaint email to the court. Just wondered if anyone has come across such an order before.
