No. It is unbelievable. The court cannot order anyone to take a lateral flow
test and they certainly shouldn't be involving your office.
I hope he didn't attend your office already.
Another example of the abuse imposed on solicitors by the other sectors of
the justice system.

Subject: Unacceptable court order
Has anyone come across the court ordering a defendant to attend his
solicitors to do a lateral flow test while on CVP to the court? The client
claims to be testing positive and to have tested positive since before Xmas.
He is also symptomatic apparently. I am composing a complaint email to the
court. Just wondered if anyone has come across such an order before.
