RE: Unacceptable court order

Oh fgs...who are these people...would they invite a potentially contagious
person into their home to do a test?
Please complain loudly.
They should not even ASK you to accept someone claiming to have covid into
your office, and they certainly have no power to order him to take the test
or you and your office to accept him and regulate that.
Begs serious questions about the level of intellect of people about to be
given power to imprison for 12 months.
I despair.

Subject: Unacceptable court order
Has anyone come across the court ordering a defendant to attend his
solicitors to do a lateral flow test while on CVP to the court? The client
claims to be testing positive and to have tested positive since before Xmas.
He is also symptomatic apparently. I am composing a complaint email to the
court. Just wondered if anyone has come across such an order before.
