I have a case of serious fraud generated by impostor emails composed a fluent style Client is from Goa crown assert he is responsible for the fraud I have had him
assessed by a psychologist who has assessed him in the ״ lower category “ I now feel his command of English should be investigated as it is my belief he would have been unable to compose the emails which have primary generated the fraud

Can anyone suggest an expert who may be able to assist perhaps a linguistic expert?
