As from 24/5/23 we will be required to complete the PET and BCM forms on the common platform.

It would greatly assist if all solicitors instructing freelancers or counsel and where they have already logged the case, ensure access is granted to the lawyer in court in advance.  The forms cannot otherwise be completed.
