1 Law in Action (R4) want to do a piece on the rise of unrepresented defendants. They ideally want to find one to talk to! Does anyone have a current or recent client who has been refused LA but can't afford to pay privately? (Whether s38 or not) who may be willing to speak to them? Please let me know.
