Advice - Police Bail Extension application to the Magistrates Court Harvey Fox 23 Jan 2018 16:47 GMT
No. it's billed under CRM3 advocacy assistance. There is no means test. It is extremely rare the Court will grant an oral hearing. The legislation has not been force long enough for the mandatory hearings after a year on bail.

Subject: Advice - Police Bail Extension application to the Magistrates Court

Has anyone had any experience yet with these hearings ? I have one pending and wanted to have a chat with someone who had responded to an application and then subsequently attended the hearing.

Am I also right to think this work is billed under advice and assistance?

Many thanks

Kind regards
