You need to be careful who you send as many advisers fail to distinguish between Police and Local Authority interview tactics. Most firms seem to have also withdrawn from non-fixed fee interviews on legal aid. Although Social Housing Fraud Act criminal prosecutions are not so common after these interviews, they frequently result in civil proceedings for eviction. If they are paying privately, you may be better off with a housing law provider.
