HCMC also has ‘issues’ today and the cells had to be cleared. The issue also seems to be with water - all the toilets are out of order.

The gaolers were concerned that if the problem is not solved over night, it will not be safe for prisoners to be held in the cells.

I will email the chief clerk and operations manager first thing tomorrow and report any developments.
