Dear all,

I have lodged an application for legal aid for a case listed at Harrow CC, but this has been returned with a note telling me that on-line applications cannot be made for all courts.

Could someone please confirm if it is the case that LA applications for Harrow CC have to be made on paper, or whether there is a problem with the system.

I have tried calling the laa and the On-line portal customer help desk,  but they don’t answer the phone - as you all know.
