Dear all

Would any member be able to assist with a first appearance in the Maidstone
MC on Friday for  a private client being prosecuted for an offence under the
Dangerous Dogs Act and who will be raising the statutory defence it was in
the charge of another.

The case will either be adjourned for trial or sent to the CC.
